Contrary to his previous claim of designing the customized i-phones distributed to guests at the presidential wedding which held on Saturday, luxury designer, Malivelihood has stated that the i-phones were gifts from him to GEJ.
The luxurious designer and Actress Tonto Dikeh’s boyfriend further disclosed that he distributed just “10″.
In a bbm chat with seasoned journalist, Fejiro Oliver, the controversial designer wrote “The iphone was a gift from us to the couple. We just thank the President and we hope he receives one of the only 10 iPhone we made for his daughter as a gift. [Like I] said in the other email, it was only 10, people got the statement wrong I think. But people saw the gift bag design made for them as well as a gift and they think it was phone inside the bag, so everything was misunderstood. Even the gifts have not got to the couple yet as they were busy.

The Malivelihood boss has since deleted the photos and Instagram posts where he boasted about how he got the contract to design the customised items.
