Mysterious Bees Attack Worshipers During Church Service

It was extremely bizarre when bees reportedly invaded a church in the ancient town of Ondo and dispersed worshippers who had gathered for service.

Aside the church, the bees also attacked a building beside the church and sent out all the occupants.

A reliable source told DailyPost that, the bees stormed the church and the house along Odo-Ayo street in Ondo town, and operated for several minutes, thereby making occupants of the buildings to run for safety.

One of the victims, Mr Olatubosun Olafusi, who spoke with DailyPost said he was carrying out some household chores when he saw his co-tenants running helter-skelter to escape the sting of the mysterious bees.

Seeing the movement of the bees towards his apartment, Olafusi said he quickly rushed out of the house to a safe place from where he was able to catch a glimpse of the bees as they moved into the house in large number.

He stated, “I later noticed from where I was standing and watching the scene how the bees later moved to the church building which was very close to the house.

“However I was very surprised to notice that rather than moving to another house after invading the church, the angry bees left the area after about 15 minutes” he narrated.

He disclosed that he could not return to his house immediately, but had to take refuge in another apartment in the area for fear that the bees could stage a comeback.

Expressing his astonishment over the incident, a woman living on the same streets where the incident occurred, who pleaded anonymity described incident as strange, disclosing that it was the second time such incident would occur in the area.
