A High Court sitting in Yola, the Adamawa state capital, Thursday threw out the application by the state House of Assembly seeking to impeach Governor Murtala Nyako and his deputy.
The acting Chief Judge of the state, Justice Ambrose Mamadi, who presided over the case also barred the legislators from going ahead with the impeachment process against the embattled governor.
