AGN President Ibinabo Fiberesima Bags Presidential Appointment

DailyPost has just gathered that President Goodluck Jonathan has appointed President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, Ibinabo Fiberesima as member of the board of National Council for Arts and Culture, NCAC.

Her appointment came few days after she led members of her guild to Abuja where they installed President Jonathan as its Grand Patron.


Confirming the news, the Actress said “It is a good thing for the movie industry, at least we have a voice inside the board now and we can cry from the inside and get the desired changes and results that we seek. Now the movie industry can be directly involved with what concerns it. We thank God”

She further revealed that she would be shuttling between Lagos and Abuja and would combine her job as the Guild President with her new portfolio.
